Ingredients

  • Rice Vinegar - 1/4 cup
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Maple Syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Cooked Shelled Sailor's Choice Prawn - 1 1/2 lbs
  • Snow Peas, blanched - 1/2 lb
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced - 1
  • Bean Sprouts - 2 cups
  • Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced - 1
  • Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced - 1
  • Green Onions, finely chopped - 4
  • Chow Mein-Style Fried Noodles - 1 cup
  • Pepper - a pinch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first three ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. In a salad bowl, toss the prawn, vegetables and dressing.
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. Top with fried noodles.
  6. Serve the same day.
  7. If the salad is for the next day, dress just before serving.
