Asian Prawn Salad
A uniquely textural adventure.
Ingredients
Rice Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
Maple Syrup - 2 tablespoons
Cooked Shelled Sailor's Choice Prawn - 1 1/2 lbs
Snow Peas, blanched - 1/2 lb
Cucumber, thinly sliced - 1
Bean Sprouts - 2 cups
Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced - 1
Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced - 1
Green Onions, finely chopped - 4
Chow Mein-Style Fried Noodles - 1 cup
Pepper - a pinch
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the first three ingredients.
Refrigerate.
In a salad bowl, toss the prawn, vegetables and dressing.
Season with pepper.
Top with fried noodles.
Serve the same day.
If the salad is for the next day, dress just before serving.
